Cancellation Policy

Please note our cancellation policies below for webinar and classroom training. We strive to provide excellent training and services, and appreciate your cooperation if something unexpected happens with your schedule.


Webinar Cancellation Policy

Refunds will not be issued if a cancellation is made less than two (2) weeks prior to the start of the purchased training course.

In the event that the student cannot attend this training, please notify us immediately at customerservice@bureaudg.com or (609) 806-0300. The student may either re-schedule for a training at a later date, you may replace student with another employee, or request a refund if made before the cancellation deadline above.

If cancelling within two (2) weeks of the course start date and you must re-schedule the student for a later date, there may be additional shipping costs incurred if regulation rentals must be returned and re-shipped later.

The student's training certificate of completion will not be released until payment is received and the student has successfully completed the course and exam. PDF copies of certificates are e-mailed to students within one (1) business week of training completion.
