Webinar Training
Our instructor-led webinars provide a training that is interactive and allows the students to ask questions. Here are additional details about how our webinar training works:
- Training takes place from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST each day, which includes a 1 hour lunch break.
- Anyone with a desktop/laptop computer can participate from work or home with a stable, internet connection.
- We use the Zoom webinar platform, a simple and easy to use platform that does not require any downloads. You can do a test here to make sure your system is compatible: https://zoom.us./test
- Webinar audio can be accessed by phone or by computer with a speaker and microphone. We do encourage all webinar participants to use a webcam as it makes interacting with the instructor much easier.
- We will ship training materials, including DG Regulation rentals and student workbook, to participants two weeks prior to training.
- We include a FedEx return shipping label and tape so that once the training is complete, participants can re-package the DG Regulation rentals and easily return to us.
- If the student already has access to the required DG regulations (must be current), we include a discount and we will only send the student workbook.

Classroom Training
Our classroom training provides an interactive environment with an instructor, where students can ask questions and network with other DG professionals. Here are some additional details about our classroom training:
- Training takes place from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST each day, which includes a 1 hour lunch break.
- Our classroom is conveniently located in Dayton, NJ, just a few minutes off of Interstate 95.
- The applicable DG regulation rentals are provided during the training.
- Water and light refreshments are provided throughout the day.
- There are many nearby restaurants available for lunch on your own. A refrigerator and microwave are also available for use if you wish to bring lunch.
